Hydration Electrolyte Sticks - 15 Pack

I am a water loyalist when it comes to hydrating during activity, but I really notice a difference whenever I use these hydration sticks! I usually find electrolyte powders WAY too sweet for me, even if I dilute them they still taste like drinking liquid candy to me. These almost remind me of Snapple iced tea fruit flavors - not quite as sweet as a regular juice, but without the same astringency of an unflavored iced tea.

I prefer to mix these in with more water than recommended just because I don't like drinking things that are too sweet. Hibiscus rose is my favorite of the 3 probably because it is the most subtle on its own, but I generally just add even more water to the mango or the pomegranate lime and I'm just as satisfied. Tried samples of these at a dance festival and I'm already on my second box.

These are hands down the best-tasting electrolytes I’ve ever had. I’m not a water drinker (I know, I need to fix that), and most electrolytes I’ve tried barely add any flavor, so it’s hard for me to get them down. But these honestly taste like juice. Pomegranate Lime is my top favorite, with Hibiscus Rose as a close second. Just a heads up though: they’re super concentrated, so if you don’t like your drinks too sweet, you’ll want to dilute with more water. For myself I just mix one packet into a 16oz bottle of cold water, shake it up, and finish the whole thing. I’m seriously so impressed!

I never make reviews but these hydration sticks & nootrient deserve it! Ive tried all of the hydration sticks and they are all quite tasty but the mango is too good! I also love the fact it’s made by dancers who get how important it is to fuel your body with the right things. Cant say enough about how good these products are! You must see for yourself.

These are by far the best electrolytes I’ve tried! Being in the health and wellness industry I’ve tried so many electrolyte powders and none compare to the quality, taste and ingredients of these. I actually feel energized and hydrated when I use them and couldn’t ask for anything more out of an electrolyte drink. It powers me through long shifts of teaching dance and I get more out of my workouts when I drink these!
